Director of Clinical Operations

Dipti leads the strategic direction and clinical standards for Professional Care Limited’s nursing facilities across West Yorkshire including Gables Nursing Home.

Dipti is particularly dedicated to the implementation of therapeutic programs that provide personalized interventions for residents with diverse care needs, including physical disabilities and advanced dementia.

Elizabeth McDonnell

Home Manager

Liz as registered nurse and manager, leads the dedicated care team, with a focus on clinical excellence. She believes in "person-first" care, where nursing care is integrated with personalized interventions to create a home-like environment where residents can thrive.

Liz’s leadership is central to our mission of providing compassionate, therapy-led nursing care that is responsive to the evolving needs of our community.

Adekunbi Ayodele

Deputy Manager

Kunbi is responsible for the care, operations and facilities management at Gables Nursing Home allowing all staff to excel. She oversees all non-clinical functions from facilities management to administrative efficiency.

Kunbi’s leadership ensures that the care environment is safe, comfortable, and seamlessly managed, providing a stable foundation for the high-quality personalised interventions our residents receive.

Sanskrutee Khasnis

Care Quality Lead

Sanskrutee, a registered Physiotherapist, is dedicated to improving mobility and independence through personalized therapeutic interventions. As our Care Quality Champion, she leads initiatives to maintain and exceed regulatory standards for all our residents.

As the Family Liaison, Sanskrutee ensures that we maintain a "person-first" culture, where families are informed, heard, and confident in the personalized care their relatives receive at Gables Nursing Home.

My beloved sister, was in this care home for over two years. On each visit she was calm and contented, clean and well cared for. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this home. They were all welcoming, kind and knowledgeable about my sister and, most importantly, kind to her and gentle with her.

My dad was a resident for a short period of time. The time he spent there was nice, the building was well-equipped and well staffed they embraced him like family and were professional patient and caring. They were very supportive to the family and they provide an excellent care service, would highly recommend them.

My Father was a resident for approximately 8 months after suffering a stroke. He required 24 hour nursing spending most of his stay in bed. His care was outstanding and delivered with the utmost dignity. Staff at all levels should be commended for their dedication throughout what was a very difficult time for all.

This nursing home has been so welcoming and supportive to us since my mother was admitted nearly 4 years ago. I was very reluctant at first as I’ve always cared for my mum at home but when things got difficult I had no choice and truthfully it’s been the best decision for us. I still visit my mum at the nursing home daily and I always find mum to be cleaned and dressed and this gives me a great sense of comfort knowing she is well taken care of.

My mum had been a resident for a year before she sadly passed away last month. My family were more than happy with the excellent care she received from all of the staff, who we got to know well on our regular visits to see my mum. Whenever we wanted an update on how she was doing, a member of staff took time to speak to us and explain how she was. The staff do a great job of looking after their residents which, I imagine, is a hard job meeting all their needs.
