Dipti leads the strategic direction and clinical standards for Professional Care Limited’s nursing facilities across West Yorkshire including Headingley Nursing Home.

Dipti is particularly dedicated to the implementation of therapeutic programs that provide personalized interventions for residents with diverse care needs, including physical disabilities and mental health conditions.

Deputy Manager

Segun is responsible for the care, operations and facilities management at Headingley Nursing Home allowing all staff to excel. He oversees all non-clinical functions from facilities management to administrative efficiency.

Segun’s leadership ensures that the care environment is safe, comfortable, and seamlessly managed, providing a stable foundation for the high-quality personalised interventions our residents receive.

Care Quality Lead

Sanskrutee, a registered Physiotherapist, is dedicated to improving mobility and independence through personalized therapeutic interventions. As our Care Quality Champion, she leads initiatives to maintain and exceed regulatory standards for all our residents.

As the Family Liaison, Sanskrutee ensures that we maintain a "person-first" culture, where families are informed, heard, and confident in the personalized care their relatives receive at Headingley Nursing Home.

The time he spent there was nice, the building was well-equipped and well staffed they embraced him like family and were professional patient and caring. They were very supportive to the family and they provide an excellent care service, would highly recommend them.

  • My Father was a resident for approximately 8 months after suffering a stroke. He required 24 hour nursing spending most of his stay in bed. His care was outstanding and delivered with the utmost dignity. Staff at all levels should be commended for their dedication throughout what was a very difficult time for all.

  • Headingley Nursing Home looked after and cared for my father in the final stage of his life. My father was well cared for in his short stay at the home. The staff made my father as comfortable as possible and were very kind and welcoming to my mum, my brother and myself.   • This nursing home has been so welcoming and supportive to us since my mother was admitted nearly 4 years ago. I was very reluctant at first as I’ve always cared for my mum at home but when things got difficult I had no choice and truthfully it’s been the best decision for us. I still visit my mum at the nursing home daily and I always find mum to be cleaned and dressed and this gives me a great sense of comfort knowing she is well taken care of.

  • My mum had been a resident for a year before she sadly passed away last month. My family were more than happy with the excellent care she received from all of the staff, who we got to know well on our regular visits to see my mum. Whenever we wanted an update on how she was doing, a member of staff took time to speak to us and explain how she was. The staff do a great job of looking after their residents which, I imagine, is a hard job meeting all their needs.

  • Our mum was a resident at Headingly Nursing home for nearly two years. She suffered from a form of dementia and was bed ridden. I found the home and its staff more than adequate to cater to my mothers needs. The staff appear to be very cheerful and whilst in the Home you get the impression that they were one big happy family which is reflected in the way they react both with the residents and their visitors. I only have positive thoughts and memories of mum being here.
